ODC must be ACCOMPLISHED COMPLETELY ONLINE. 

REQUIRED COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN BUNDLES:  Death Certificates, Open & Close Fees - CONDITIONAL COSTS TO CONSIDER:  Oversized Fees (if applicable), Additional mileage (if applicable), Cemetery Fees, etc. - ADDITIONAL OPTIONS & COSTS TO CONSIDER:   Cash Advance (obits, etc), Merchandise (caskets, flowers, vaults, stationary, etc), Expenses (Overland travel, storage or refrigeration fees, Holiday and/or weekend fees, Air travel fees, etc. - All services are quoted for average sized adult with girth of 23" or less & weighing 249 lbs or less. Oversized adults will incur oversized fees. -  Queen City Funeral Home accepts insurance from other funeral homes, as well as life insurance, as payment for services. Insurance incurs a 5% plus $100 processing and documentation fee added to credit pricing in At-Need circumstances. Prices are effective as of January 20, 2023 and subject to change without notice.
